As we move into spring and settle into the Year of the Fire Horse, join us for a gentle evening of community acupuncture and sound healing. This experience is designed to help you tune your nervous system, ground rising spring energy, which can bring ungrounded feelings   and restore balance through resonance and rhythm. 

Sugandhi will apply gentle acupuncture  using a small number of points on the wrists and ankles. Like little antenna, acupuncture will amplify the vibrations and resonance of Kathy’s skillful sound healing.
