Pranayama For Everyday Living

During this 60 min workshop, participants will receive tools to go deeper within and learn how to better regulate their central nervous system and access their inner wisdom in order to heal, learn, grow and be free of the past.
We will start with a guided meditation on Gratitude, Forgiveness, and Guidance followed by some simple pranayama exercises everyone can do daily to improve their mental/emotional/physical wellbeing.
Please come on an empty stomach and avoid eating three hours before.
Summer is an experienced, international yoga teacher specializing in pranayama and ashtanga yoga. Summer has been practicing for 13 years and teaching for 12. She has taught many classes, workshops, and retreats in Europe and Asia before deciding to settle in Maui. Summer believes that yoga/breathwork is for every body and tailors the asana to suit each individual’s needs and body type. Summer is trained in the classical Hatha yoga pranayama practices as taught to her by her teachers Paul Dallaghan and Sri OP Tiwari from the Kaivalyadham lineage. She receives most joy in sharing the ancient yogic practices with others and witnessing it transform and heal their lives. Summer is honored and grateful for the opportunity to share pranayama with everyone at the Maui Scalar Room!
