Sessions are 45–60 minutes, fully clothed, using points on the arms, legs, head, and neck. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing with sleeves and pant legs that can roll above the knee. You’ll rest quietly in a recliner in a calm, shared space designed for deep relaxation.
