Join us for a Sacred Sound Spiral, an immersive sound bath designed to guide you layer by layer toward deep listening and restoration. Like a spiral, the experience moves not in a straight line, but in circular waves of sound—unfolding, returning, and deepening as you’re gently drawn to a deep inner space.

Using singing bowls, gongs, chimes, shamanic drums, and other sound healing instruments, Stephen leads participants on a sensory journey to soften the thinking mind and settle into the body’s natural resting place. The experience gradually spirals into a spacious, grounded state of deep release, integration, and renewal.
