Adesh was the Founder of Kundinyasa School of Yoga. She started two yoga studios/kava bars mystic water and Rooted Kava Bar in San Diego and is currently the owner of ‘Aumakua kava lounge and yoga studio in Paia where she offers regular yoga classes, sound healing, and ‘Inspired Purpose Consulting’ services for business or chronic health concerns and longevity.
