Along the way\, many of us have learned to compare\, criticize\, hide\, or try to change our bodies. BARE offers something different: a private\, supportive\, and deeply embodied opportunity to experience your body without needing it to look—or be—any different than it is. \n\n\n\nHeld in the completely private Maui Scalar Room\, BARE combines gentle\, accessible yoga\, mindful movement\, inspiring music\, and quiet reflection within the restorative environment of the Energy Enhancement System (EES). \n\n\n\nWhat to Expect\n\n\n\nWe’ll begin with gentle introductions and time to settle into the space. From there\, you’ll be invited into accessible yoga and mindful movement\, always moving at your own pace and honoring your body and boundaries. We’ll close with quiet reflection and optional sharing. \n\n\n\nThere is nothing to perform\, achieve\, or prove. \n\n\n\nFor two hours\, there is nothing to fix. Nothing to hide. Phones will be put away before the experience begins.• Janet\, your facilitator\, will participate unclothed alongside the group.• You are invited to remove your clothing when and if you feel comfortable. You may remain partially clothed\, get dressed again\, modify a practice\, rest\, or step out at any time.• All movement is invitational.
