Nothing to hide.\n\n\n\nFor one afternoon\, you’re invited to experience your body without covering\, comparing\, or changing it—simply being present with yourself exactly as you are. \n\n\n\nMost of us have spent our lives covered. Along the way\, many of us have learned to compare\, criticize\, hide\, or try to change our bodies. BARE offers something different: a private\, supportive\, and deeply embodied opportunity to experience your body without needing it to look—or be—any different than it is. \n\n\n\nHeld in the completely private Maui Scalar Room\, BARE combines gentle\, accessible yoga\, mindful movement\, inspiring music\, and quiet reflection within the restorative environment of the Energy Enhancement System (EES). \n\n\n\nWhat to Expect\n\n\n\nWe’ll begin clothed\, gathering in circle for gentle introductions\, reflection\, and journaling—creating space to notice how we already relate to our bodies. From there\, you’ll be invited to undress at your own pace (completely\, gradually\, or not at all) and move into about an hour of accessible yoga and mindful movement. Practicing bare gives us an opportunity to notice what arises when there is less to hide behind—and to shift our attention from how our bodies look to how it feels to actually inhabit them. We’ll return to circle for reflection and optional sharing\, followed by tea and relaxed connection for anyone who would like to stay. \n\n\n\nThere is nothing to perform\, achieve\, or prove. \n\n\n\nFor two hours\, there is nothing to fix. Nothing to hide.
