DESCRIPTION:In this experiential Somatic Movement class you will discover how easily and effortlessly your body can rebalance itself.  Our focus will be on releasing the posture of protection (fear) in the body and giving new input sourced in safety into the central nervous system. Through gentle guided movements you will harmonize and restore ease to your nervous system and discover release holding patterns of protection from the past.  Whatever challenges\, pain or trauma that you have experienced in the last year your nervous system is always seeking to return to balance. Through entering into the present moment and joining the body’s innate intelligence we remember and reconnect to our essential nature and find peace and integration. \n\n\n\nI invite you to join me for this special event to bathe in nourishing sensations through gentle movements and within the field of the scalar energy waves. \n\n\n\nLisa Cary is a Certified Somatic Movement Therapist\, Bodyworker\, Guided Meditation Facilitator and Clinical Hypnotherapist. She has been in private practice for 33 years and has taught workshops and weekly classes for 25 years. She has a strong background in neurophysiology\, nervous system regulation and a comprehensive knowledge of body movement and the mind/body connection.
