DESCRIPTION:What is Qigong?Discover how to connect with your vital essence during this introductory workshop. This ancient andproven meditative movement practice of “chee KUNG” will help bring awareness to where energyblockages may be causing less than ideal flow in your body. \n\n\n\nOur focus will be on developing grounding and balance\, strengthening the life force energy by releasingblockages through various intentional and gentle moving movements\, along with a standing meditation.We will be practicing from both seated and standing positions.
